Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel today gave a warm welcome to entrepreneurs and innovators on the first day of the BIA/Kelsey SMB Digital Marketing 2012 conference, where ReviewTrackers is featured as one of the SMB Future Stars.
“Today, we recognize that in order to be successful, businesses must be innovative and present fresh ideas in new and vibrant ways,” wrote Mayor Emanuel in an open letter. “The move toward digital marketing is one that has been steady. It is fashioning a foothold in the very foundation of business strategy. That is why this conference is important: the development of technology-based marketing solutions is essential in equipping small businesses with the tools to compete and succeed.”
One such tool is ReviewTrackers, our exciting new reputation management and online review monitoring solution, which has been recognized (along with a select few) as one of the early-stage startups that are poised to become the next big thing in digital marketing solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.
“With some 20 million small businesses in the U.S. alone, SMBs represent the biggest opportunity for the next generation of digital marketing solutions,” said conference co-chair and BIA/Kelsey program director Charles Laughlin, echoing the statement of Mayor Rahm Emanuel. “At SMB Digital Marketing 2012, we’ll showcase the leading edge of innovation in this space and examine how solutions providers and small businesses are leveraging the latest trends.”
The SMB Digital Marketing 2012 conference runs from September 17 to 19 at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois. It brings together over 450 attendees, more than 150 companies, and 40-plus speakers in order to examine new platforms and players driving the latest trends in SMB marketing.
