    I’ve been seeing the same dentist since birth and she just recently retired. I tried just picking a random office that was down the street from where I work but the service there wasn’t what I’m used to. At some point in the near future I plan on using Yelp to find another office.

    Online reviews must be rough for dentists. Going to the dentist is one of those stereotypical things that people always seem to reference as universally bad. A good review for a dentist is something like: “The pain wasn’t awful and the meds didn’t make me vomit. The doctor ONLY made half a dozen comments or so about what she found in between my teeth.”

    Just like any other business in the service industry, it is important to make sure that your customers are satisfied. If they are found to not be for some reason, then it is just as important to find out why and that is where the reviews come into play.
